Ashir Return Policy

At Ashir, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse.


How to Initiate a Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to initiate a return, please email us at ashir.service@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

All returns must be approved by our support team before shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please include your order number and shipping name inside the return package to help us process your return more efficiently.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged.


Inspection Process

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). After approval, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund to be processed.

If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve confirmed it was processed, we recommend contacting your financial institution.


Restocking Fee

If an item is returned without prior approval, without a valid reason, or outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.


No Refunds for Used, Worn, or Damaged Items

We do not offer refunds for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.


Currency of Refund

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), the same as the original transaction. Ashir is not responsible for any charges related to currency conversion or international transaction fees.
